Protection FER was born in 2017 in the wake of Groupe Hexagone’s insolvency proceedings. At that time, 200 of the 400 subtrades and suppliers involved had not denounced their contracts or lost the benefit of the protection of their construction bonds or legal hypothec due to a lack of expertise or rigor.

There were credit bureaus, collection companies, denunciation companies and claims support companies at the time.

However, no one offered full-service support from the beginning to the end of the collection cycle, i.e. from the opening of an account to the release of the final holdback.

Today, Protection FER supports construction companies through every step of the process to improve the collection speed of accounts receivable and to protect accounts in the face of their customers’ financial difficulties.
